*Position:* Sandwich Artist *Location:* The Polly Fox Bakery & Café *Type:* Full-Time / Part-Time
*Responsibilities:*
* Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to The Polly Fox standards, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. * Assist with daily prep work, including slicing, portioning, and organizing ingredients. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sandwich prep area, following food safety and hygiene practices. * Carry out some light baking tasks on the side, supporting the kitchen team where needed. * Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. * Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service. * Follow all company recipes, standards, and procedures for consistency.
*Qualifications:*
* Previous food service or kitchen experience preferred; *experience working in a fast-paced environment or in sandwich/fast food chains is a strong asset.* * Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively. * Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. * FoodSafe certification is an asset.
