About this role
Nail House is seeking a full-time weekend (Friday - Tuesday) assistant manager.
The assistant manager will be the first face of Nail House and will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience. They will also be responsible for keeping a fast paced salon organized.
The duties of the assistant manager will be:
- Greeting clients and answering phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Seating clients
- Cleaning tools, supplies and running laundry
- Keeping appointments and staff organized
- Cleaning work stations and the reception area
- Dealing with minor customer service issues
Our salon is busy. The ideal candidate will be quick, thoughtful, patient, trustworthy, organized, and customer-service minded.
