We practice person-directed care and our focus is on the care of the human spirit as well as the care of the human body.POSITION SCOPE:The RN will lead by example using the Eden Philosophy of Care and thus demonstrate the key importance of resident choice, resident flexibility and resident relationships when interacting with the residents, their families, and all health care providers. The RN will assist the RN Clinical Leads with identifying the residents' needs and the process of development, implementation, modification, and evaluation of Nursing Care Plans using the Eden Philosophy of Care in the multidisciplinary team environment. The RN will help residents maintain their individual optimum health status through relief of the effects of disease and improvement of functional status to enjoy the best possible quality of life.
