What You'll Do
* Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods introducing homeowners to our services. * Build rapport and identify homeowners' needs. * Educate customers on the benefits of our premium home detailing services. * Generate quotes and close high-ticket sales. * Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Sleek Home Detailing brand with integrity. * Track leads and completed sales.
Compensation
* *15% commission on every sale* * *No cap on earnings* * Our current sales representatives are consistently earning *$300?$800 per day*, with top performers exceeding that. * Weekly payouts.
Requirements
* Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Comfortable speaking with homeowners and handling objections. * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Previous sales experience is an asset but *not required*.
