Job Description Job DescriptionResponsibilities: Develop relationships with existing customers and generate new business Onboard new clients/business Understanding supply chain management, end-to-end solutions Promote our services which include, but are not limited to Ocean Import/Export, Air Import/Export, Domestics, Cross Border and Contract logistics Creating quotes or annual bid proposals and presenting to the customers Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets and objectives Identify market trends and competitive rate actions and communicate those trends to management. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns Maintain consistent communication with the Operations team and overseas offices. Requirements: Manager: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in international freight forwarding sales Must be knowledgeable of freight forwarding operations in ocean and air transportation Have an existing client base. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry Experience in managing a sales team and driving business growth. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and client needs. strong problem-solving skills to address client issues and logistical challenges. Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin is an asset Benefits:
