* Experience with gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided if needed * Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping is a plus * Knowledge of irrigation systems and basic horticultural practices is advantageous * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions * Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to landscape care * Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently or as part of a team * Physical stamina to perform manual labor including digging, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
