About Our Practice We are a 3-chair, patient-focused family practice dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive oral healthcare in a warm and welcoming environment. Our team thrives on clear communication, mutual respect, and a shared goal of making dental visits as stress-free as possible. Key Responsibilities
• Chairside Assisting: Provide proficient four-handed dentistry for general procedures. • Patient Comfort: Prep treatment rooms, review charts, and confidently guide patients through their appointments, keeping them calm and informed. • Clinical Excellence: Take digital radiographs, intraoral photos, and impressions as required. • Sterilization & Safety: Maintain rigorous infection control standards, sterilize instruments, and manage treatment room turnaround efficiently. • Team Collaboration: Help manage clinical supplies, keep track of lab cases, and support the rest of the team during busy periods to keep the day running smoothly. Qualifications & Skills
• Certified Dental Assistant designation and active registration with the BCCOHP. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to keeping the clinical area running efficiently. What We Offer
