Graduation from high school or equivalency;? Current certification in Basic Life Support (CPR); ? Successful completion of Mosby?s Suite Suicide Assessment and Precautions or willingness to complete (within timeframe designated by the employer); ? The successful applicant will be required to submit a satisfactory Certificate of Conduct.Duties:? Obtains reports on client?s behaviour and plan of care, specifically relating to safety and security issues;? Observes and monitors the client?s behaviour related to safety and security, and reports any changes or concerns;? Maintains visual observation of the client at all times, ensuring the client is never left unattended;? Responds to client?s needs and requests in consultation with the assigned nurse;? Documents according to organizational policies and unit guidelines;? Maintains strict confidentiality on all matters related to the client;? Other related duties as required.
