*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice for every Thursday, Friday (1pm till 7pm) and Saturday (10 am till 3pm) .
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality treatment and exceptional patient experiences. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment utilizing advanced dental technology and software. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing, planning, and executing dental treatments while maintaining compliance with all safety and health regulations.
*Responsibilities*
* Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care. * Diagnose dental conditions through clinical assessments and radiographs. * Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient?s needs. * Utilize dental software such as Dentrix for charting, scheduling, and record keeping. * Employ CAD technology for designing restorations when applicable. * Provide pediatric dental care with sensitivity to young patients? needs. * Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care instructions. * Maintain accurate documentation of all procedures performed in compliance with regulatory standards. * Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. * Stay current with advancements in dental techniques and technologies.
*Qualifications*
* DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution. * Valid state dental license in good standing * Prior experience in a dental office setting preferred; experience working with pediatric patients is a plus. * Strong communication skills and the ability to educate patients effectively. * Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. * Commitment to providing compassionate patient care while adhering to safety protocols.

Pay: $100,986.31-$413,078.59 per year
