We are hiring two (2) Talent Acquisition Co-ops for the Fall Term with our Talent Acquisition team. Key elements of this role include:As a Talent Acquisition Co-op you will:Conduct background checksScreen and Shortlist candidates based on job requirementsSchedule and coordinate interviews; calling candidates, liaise with hiring managers, booking calendar appointments, and meeting rooms, sending confirmation emailsSupport the management of campus mailbox, while actively promoting job opportunities across various job boards and within community groupsUpdate requisition on our ATS (ICIMS) on a daily basis and throughout recruitments Support other recruitment-related projects as requiredAs the successful candidate you will play a significant role in the recruitment process with the corporate HR team These skills will make you successful:Working as a valued part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will bring:Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education studying Human Resources or Business and eligible for a Fall 2026 Co-op termExperience in using SharePoint and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as ICIMS, considered an assetPrevious experience in a recruitment environment considered an assetExperience with MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) requiredResults oriented and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detailProactive in nature with high level of energySuperior customer service skillsAbility to work with minimal supervision, to multi-task and prioritizeAbility to work well with a team as well as independentlyWe understand that experience comes in many forms, and we're dedicated to adding new perspectives to the team.
