Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented *Customer Service Representative* to join our team in our Woodbridge office. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with orders, inquiries, and day-to-day customer support.

Schedule

* Monday to Friday * 9:00 AM ? 5:00 PM * Full-time, on-site position

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails professionally and efficiently * Enter and process customer orders accurately * Maintain and update customer information and records * Assist customers with product inquiries, order status updates, and general support * Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and administrative teams to ensure excellent customer service * Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner * Perform general office and administrative duties as required

Qualifications

* Minimum 1?2 years of customer service experience preferred * Strong phone and computer skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications * Experience with QuickBooks is an asset * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude * French language skills are an asset but not required
