*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting vehicles and assisting customers in need, ensuring a positive experience during stressful situations. Also able to work under stressful situations yourself as a driver. Eg. (Like accident Scenes)
*Duties*
* Operate tow trucks and other vehicles to transport disabled or improperly parked vehicles. * Provide roadside assistance, including jump-starts, tire changes, and fuel delivery. * Maintain accurate records of towed vehicles and services provided. * Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate towing services. * Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on towing equipment to ensure safety and reliability. * Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
*Requirements*
* Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. * Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and towing operations. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. * Towing experience would be preferred but not necessary as we are willing to train * Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Must Speak & Write English, Reliable, Friendly, & Energetic * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
