Key Responsibilities
*Guest Experience & Service*
* Deliver warm, attentive, and engaging service to every guest from first greeting to final goodbye * Anticipate guest needs and create a welcoming, inclusive, and upbeat atmosphere * Confidently guide guests through our whiskey collection, cocktails, beer, and food offerings * Build rapport with regulars and first-time guests alike, making every visit feel personal * Handle guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and solution-focused communication
*Bar Service & Operations*
* Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer with consistency and care * Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar at all times * Accurately process orders and payments through the POS system * Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service * Support team members during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations
*Brand Representation*
* Represent the Blackrose brand with confidence, polish, and professionalism * Uphold our standards for hospitality, presentation, and service excellence * Contribute to a fun, positive, and respectful team culture
What We?re Looking For
* Strong customer service mindset ? you genuinely enjoy making people feel welcome * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to stay calm, friendly, and efficient in a fast-paced environment * Whiskey or cocktail knowledge is an asset (training provided for the right attitude) * Team-oriented, dependable, and detail-driven * SIRS certification * Evening, weekend, and event availability
