*Job Summary* We are seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth check-in and check-out processes. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
*Duties*
* Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures * Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and provide information * Provide outstanding guest services, addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly * Maintain accurate guest records and handle billing transactions accurately * Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest needs are met * Offer local information, recommendations, and assistance to enhance guest experience * Uphold hotel policies and ensure compliance with safety standards * Handle guest requests professionally via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and hospitality skills
*Qualifications*
* Prior experience in front desk operations or hospitality is preferred but not required * Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous to serve diverse guests * Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus * Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with hospitality standards
