Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Hire food service staff. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres. Supervise and check assembly of trays. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
