About this role
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Install built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel. Install single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials, such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions. Repair or replace shingles and shakes on sloped roofs of buildings. Repair roofing systems. Instruct apprentices. Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Green job: Involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
