About this role
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables. Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings. Describe menu items including daily specials for customers. Balance cash and record sales. Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs. Serve food and beverages. Provide customer service. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
