Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Supervise other hair stylists and other staff. Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair. Suggest hair style compatible with client's physical features and preferences. Train staff. Train other workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Hair styling techniques: Iron waving/curling. Permanents. Extensions. Twisting. Roller setting. Hair colouring techniques: Bleach. Dyes/tints. Streaking/highlights.
