Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort. Tasks: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations. Recruit and hire staff. Supervise staff. Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies. Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Develop and implement business plans. Establish work schedules. Manage events. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervision: 3-4 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : First Aid Certificate. CPR Certificate.
