Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Prepare production and other reports. Supervise workers and projects. Oversee apprenticeship training. Estimate costs and materials. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Read blueprints and drawings. Construction site supervision. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
