About this role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Read blueprints to determine work requirements . Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction. Clean and pile salvaged materials. Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants. Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
