Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock and poultry. Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market. Experience: Will train. Support for youths: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
