About this role

Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Work site environment: At heights. Outdoors. All weather conditions. Work setting: Rural area. Various locations. Willing to relocate. Residential. Tasks: Trim trees to achieve the desired pruning objective such as crown cleaning, thinning, raising, reduction, restoration, espalier pruning, vista pruning. Examine trees and shrubs to diagnose problems and disease. Tree removal. Operate chainsaw to fell, delimb and buck trees. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) certification. Arboriculturists Trade Certification. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Standing for extended periods. Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Personal suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication. Organized. Reliability. Team player.
