About this role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Prepare production and other reports. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise workers and projects. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions. Train or arrange for training. Estimate costs and materials. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Recommend personnel actions. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Conduct quality control. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Does not require Canadian work experience. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Support for Indigenous people: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers .
