If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute to the creation of top-quality pasta products, we want you!</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Maintenance Technicians during their shift are primarily responsible for operation, repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of all production equipment within Barilla America's entire facility.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">$36.49 (includes 10% shift differential) for the night shift. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Relocation bonus available!</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Maintenance Technicians work only half the days in a month, as they work a flexible (2-2-3) shift pattern. Applicants must be available to work every other weekend as part of their regular schedule.</span></p> <p> </p> <h1><span style="font-size:22.0px"><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong></span></h1> <ul> <li> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Perform preventative and corrective maintenance as necessary to ensure plant reliability.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Adjusts metal detector as needed and documents on the Company provided forms.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Assist and/or lead in maintenance procedures throughout the plant.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Troubleshoot any maintenance issues throughout the plant.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Complete various projects including welding, machining, mechanical, electrical, and work orders as assigned.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Monitor plant facilities which include air system, fire system, etc.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Prioritize maintenance work that needs to be completed.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Partner with Packing and Processing to ensure product flow (e.g., work with operators on troubleshooting, and operate machinery).</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Be able to operate all machinery including format and size changes in designated area.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Assist and/or lead in maintenance procedures through contractors / vendors.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Troubleshoot PLC and use PLC to troubleshoot equipment issues.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Troubleshoot VFD’s.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Work and communicate well with others and effectively contribute to the working relationships within Barilla America.</span></p> </li> </ul> <h1><span style="font-size:22.0px"><strong> As a team member at Barilla, you’ll enjoy:</strong></span></h1> <ul> <li> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Healthcare, dental, and vision - 1st of the month after hire</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Company paid Life Insurance</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Yearly Bonus</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">401k match up to 6%</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Tuition Reimbursement/Paid Training</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Wellness Subsidy</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Disability Insurance</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Adoption Assistance</span></p> </li> </ul> <h1><span style="font-size:22.0px"><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</strong></span></h1> <ul> <li> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Minimum of 5 years of Maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical) and experience with PLC’s and VFD’s preferred.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Prior experience in manufacturing maintenance is preferred. </span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Associates degree in maintenance or an equivalent trade school certificate preferred, but not required. </span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Must meet essential functions of this position.</span></p> </li> </ul> <h1> </h1> <h1><span style="font-size:22.0px"><strong>Diverse candidates and veterans encouraged to apply.</strong></span></h1> <p><span style="font-size:22.0px">Barilla is an equal opportunity employer.
