Manage direct and email communications programs as well as the overall new vehicle marketing communications for owners, hand raisers and prospects. Oversee the digital CRM ecosystem and develop cross-channel customer journeys. Provide business leadership and manage marketing agencies. Provide creative and directional support. sans-serif">Lead owner, hand-raiser, and prospect communications and engagement programs, including strategy, execution, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with GMA, IT, and agencies, providing strategic leadership to ensure aligned, on-budget campaign delivery.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Utilize emerging technologies and data to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop customer engagement strategies supporting Genesis brand growth, demand generation, loyalty, and vehicle sales.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Oversee digital ecosystem development to enable a 360-degree customer view and seamless cross-channel journeys.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Design and evolve customer loyalty programs, including gifting, events, and owner community building to boost advocacy and NPS.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to ensure program alignment and execution.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure compliance and accuracy across CRM and digital CX initiatives in partnership with legal, privacy, and incentives teams.</span></li> <li THE ROLE</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Must have a high school diploma.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Master’s degree a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Eight or more years of relevant experience.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Three or more years of managing a team.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Three or more years of direct CRM experience.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Automotive industry experience highly preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Agency and/or vendor experience, a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Advanced working knowledge of CRM-related MarTech, data modelling, and customer segmentation.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to problem solve, make recommendations, and operate with an entrepreneurial spirit within a team.</span></li> <li
