Key functions will include monitoring program performance, managing the program’s schedule and milestones, providing guidance to the program’s integrated product teams (IPTs), coordinating with functional offices to ensure program compliance and to enable program support, leading program proposal efforts, and managing reporting requirements. A background with experience leading development programs with cross-functional teams is preferred for this position.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Essential Functions:</span></strong></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Demonstrate strong team building, leadership, and communication skills to build relationships with teams, customers, peers, and leadership</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Monitor the program&apos;s performance as well as support the program&apos;s schedule and completion of key milestones</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Run key program-level meetings and provide guidance to the program’s team leads</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Support the program’s Earned Value Management (EVM) approach, monitor the program’s budget, and support the completion of financial analysis, projections, and reports</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Manage the program&apos;s risks and opportunities and lead the program’s change management processes</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Coordinate with other programs/offices to resolve dependencies/reduce program risks</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Coordinate with support and functional offices to ensure program compliance as well as enable program support to include supply chain, finance, contracts, subcontracts, scheduling, facilities, and security</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Lead program proposal efforts</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Ensure that the program complies with L3Harris policies and lead the program’s preparation for compliance audits</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Manage program reporting requirements to include contract data requirements list (CDRL) submissions, Monthly Operations Reviews (MORs), and Program Management Reviews (PMRs)</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Inform L3Harris leaders and Government stakeholders of the program’s status and related issues to both resolve problems and ensure program success</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Qualifications:</span></strong></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• <strong>Active Top Secret Security Clearance</strong></span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of prior related experience</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Preferred Additional Skills:</span></strong></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Ability to communicate within and outside of the organization to explain and influence changes to practices, processes, and approaches</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Ability to make significant improvements in processes, systems, or products</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Ability to provide input into new products/processes and implement operational plans that have measurable impact on business or functional results</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Availability for travel in support of program activities (up to 20% of the time)</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Experience managing programs with DoD or Intelligence Community Organizations</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Experience in managing agile ceremonies</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Deep Knowledge of Earned Value Management</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C. area, Denver, or NYC areas is$150,000-$278,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont, and Virginia is $130,500-$242,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
