The job reports to the shift Manufacturing Supervisor. <br><br>This is a 2nd Shift position.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You’ll Be Doing</b></H2> </div><div><p>Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:<br> </p> <p><strong>Wrap</strong> - Operates the wrapper/unwrapper to provide reinforcement for the hose during the curing process. Operate autoclave to cure hose to specifications.<br><strong>Extrusion (Cover and Tube)</strong> - Extrudes rubber compound from the extruder to cover mandrel or rubber hose with braid reinforcement to meet specifications.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What We're Looking For</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Required (Basic) Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED</li> <li>Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship</li> <li>Must be local – no relocation offered</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>One year or more manufacturing experience preferred</li> <li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Ability to work successfully in team environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Criteria</strong></p> <ul> <li>In addition to machine operations, maintains a safe, clean and orderly work environment through effective housekeeping, 5S and TPM practices.
