sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">You will be responsible to develop large and complex data architecture, composed of models, policies, rules or standards that govern which data is collected and how it is stored, arranged, integrated and put to use in data systems, including the design, build and management of data infrastructure to address business requirements</span></p> <p><span data requirements, applies deep technical knowledge of data management to solve business problems in areas where solutions may not currently exist, necessitating new solutions / ways of working / technologies and proactively articulating these to the business</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">The SAP MM (Materials Management) resource will be responsible for providing application maintenance support, ensuring the smooth operation of SAP MM systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements to optimize warehouse processes.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide day-to-day support for SAP MM applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and provide solutions within the SAP MM framework.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Assist in the implementation of new features and enhancements in SAP MM.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Conduct testing and validation of changes to ensure they meet business requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Document processes, issues, and resolutions for future reference.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Provide training and support to end-users as needed.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Validate queue monitoring and IDOC related issues.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Analyze and implement minor enhancements and change requests.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Align ticket and issue status to engagement counterpart.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Proven experience with SAP EWM, including configuration and support.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes is a plus.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Familiarity with integration points between SAP MM and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP EWM, SAP SD).</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Certification in SAP MM is an
