You will orchestrate cross-functional execution across software, systems, hardware, validation, and quality teams to deliver predictable outcomes for customer and business commitments. </span><span sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Lead end-to-end software project delivery through quotation, planning, execution, integration, release, and post-launch stabilization.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Build and maintain integrated project plans, resource plans, and capacity forecasts in alignment with program sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Coordinate cross-functional teams (Systems, SW Architecture, HW/EE, Validation, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing) to ensure technical and timing sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Establish project governance: operating rhythms, steering meetings, milestone reviews, and escalation pathways.</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">5+ years of software project management experience in automotive and/or embedded systems.</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">3+ years of embedded software development experience, or equivalent strong technical background enabling credible technical coordination.</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Proven ability to manage complex software scope, schedules, dependencies, and helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Hybrid/V-model), release management, and quality gates.</span></li> <li
