<p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Your Contribution </strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">As a <strong>Industrial Electrician </strong>reporting to the Supervisor; Plant Controls Engineering, you will be responsible to work Monday - Friday 3-shift rotation and be available for overtime work which may include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. You will also be responsible to provide high quality and timely results to meet or exceed department goals, contributing positively to the team mindset.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">This role is responsible to:</span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Must work in full compliance with the approved safety regulations.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Layout, assembly, installation, repair, maintenance, connection, testing of electrical fixtures, apparatus and equipment wiring.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Diagnose systematic faults in electrical systems and equipment, repair/replacement of components as required</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Recording and documentation in SAP.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ability to be a team player and work closely with employees such as Controls Engineers, Plant Manager, Technicians, Production Operators, etc</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Dismantling older machines and replacing them with new ones. Using machinery or equipment, such as forklifts, to move mechanical parts.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Planning of installations from blueprints, sketches, specifications and installation of all electrical and electronic devices</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Testing of electrical & electronic equipment for proper function </span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Perform preventative maintenance on equipment</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Mechanical aptitude in dealing with wrenches, hammers, forklifts, and other similar tools.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Performs other related duties as assigned by management.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">All other duties and projects assigned.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> <span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Your Experience & Qualifications</strong> </span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Must hold a current and valid 309A Construction and Maintenance Electrician Certificate or a 442A Industrial Electrician Certificate</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Minimum 5 years related experience preferably in plastic injection molding, automotive, and experience with Siemens PLCs and Rockwell</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Background in troubleshooting PLC and computer-controlled equipment</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Technical experience in molding, automated assembly, and equipment troubleshooting and repair an asset.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><span style="font-size:24.0pt"><strong>Our Offering</strong> </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal & career development opportunities.
