In this role, you will collaborate with State business partners to determine project scope, define business requirements, and document current business processes and business rules to identify areas for potential business transformation. You will collect and analyze quantitate and qualitative data to understand current process performance and define performance measures that will be used to evaluate the success of transformation efforts. The role involves intensive interaction with departmental officials who may advocate strongly for their programs. Implementation of recommendations may be difficult because of competing interests and limited resources. Rapid response in the face of tight deadlines may be necessary.
