You will be hands-on with AI-assisted coding, testing, debugging, deployment, system monitoring, and performance tuning while leveraging AI tools to create new ways of working that improve efficiency, responsiveness, and the overall customer experience. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, maintain, and support applications, integrations, and reporting solutions that align with business priorities. You will analyze business processes, requests, system problems, and optimization opportunities; troubleshoot application and data issues; and develop technical specifications and solutions that improve system performance, user experience, and operational efficiency. You will support reporting needs using BI tools and identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation.
