Your Team, Your Impact • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on • Executive-level communication and judgment • Strong ownership mindset and reliability • Cultural fluency in working with global headquarters and local Taiwan teams What You Can Expect About the Role: Own end-to-end coordination of internal and external events across Taiwan, while supporting the Taiwan Country Manager on day-to-day executive matters.
Events Coordination * Plan and execute internal events: all-hands, executive meetings, team activities * Plan and execute external events: trade shows, customer programs, industry conferences * Manage venues, vendors, budgets, and post-event reporting * Handle full logistics for visiting executives and customers (hotel, transportation, itinerary) * Ensure all events align with corporate brand and guidelines
Country Manager Support * Manage the Country Manager's schedule and priorities * Serve as the liaison between the Country Manager and cross-functional teams
Cross-Functional Coordination * Coordinate with HR, Finance, Facilities, and Marketing to support event delivery * Manage external vendors and service providers
What We're Looking For What We're Looking For * Hands-on experience in corporate event planning (internal and external) * Able to manage multiple events simultaneously with strong attention to detail * Fluent in both Mandarin and English * Experience with vendor management and budget oversight * Background supporting senior executives is a plus
