The successful candidate will oversee tutoring support for students in IT and related courses, and assist with AI tool development. This role requires a combination of IT skills and knowledge, project management skills, and a strong understanding of tutoring processes and policies.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Functions</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Scheduling on-campus and virtual tutoring support to students from a variety of backgrounds and levels of preparation.</li> <li>In conjunction with program supervisor, monitor weekly usage, identify problems and solutions, develop clear goals and action steps for services enhancement.</li> <li>Design, create and conduct workshops related to technology related courses.</li> <li>Educate, communicate, liaise and perform outreach about technology tutoring and UC Clermont Learning Commons services to students, faculty, staff and other college stakeholders.</li> <li>In conjunction with program supervisor, support the design and development of asynchronous resources, AI guides, and services.</li> <li>Collaborate with staff to support recognition of student associates for outstanding performance.</li> <li>Coordinate the timekeeping process (including UC Flex) for all UCCLC student associates.</li> <li>Serve as the system administrator for scheduling and attendance tracking processes for all UCCLC services.</li> <li>Supervise peer tutors and oversee tutoring observations to support quality improvement.</li> <li>Develop, administer and analyze assessment/evaluation surveys.
