This role manages and develops Repair teams, effectively utilizes resources, enhances continuous improvement efforts, and ensures alignment with company goals and customer expectations across global repair operations. The role works in close collaboration with global Teradyne counterparts.</span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Provides guidance to Taiwan site repair and logistics operations, ensuring safe execution, effective resource utilization, production readiness, and timely material movement while minimizing operational disruptions.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Oversees and coordinates daily repair operations of Automatic Test Equipment PCBAs and/or instruments to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Mentors team members and reviews performance against KPIs and annual goals.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Plans, schedules, and assigns work to ensure on-time completion of planning requirements.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Coordinates and optimizes team resources (people, machines, materials, and equipment) based on workload.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Provides onboarding and training resources to strengthen team capability and ensure compliance with standards.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Ensures adherence of the team to quality, safety, and customer service standards.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Monitors equipment condition and ensures proper maintenance and availability.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Facilitates process and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Provides budget planning, cost monitoring, and variance awareness.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Maintains a safe, organized, and well-maintained work environment and ensures proper use of assets.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Works collaboratively with offshore management and global Repair teams.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:black"><span>All About You</span> </span></p> <p><span style="color:black">We seek individuals who share our passion and determination.
