New Product Implementation Technologist (f/m/x) Mars Snacking Segment, R&D Department Location: Poznań
We are looking for a New Product Implementation Technologist to join our team and lead the implementation of new product projects at site level. This role plays a critical part in bringing innovation to life while ensuring the highest quality and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of product projects on site in line with PLM (Design for Vertical Start-up) principles
• Manage and deliver technical R&D change projects as Project Lead
• Apply Six Sigma tools and methodologies to support project execution and continuous improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply, Engineering, Commercial and R&D teams to implement innovations on production lines
• Ensure product quality, consistency, and compliance with key quality attributes (KQAs)
• Coordinate trials, commissioning, validation and start-up of new products and materials
• Support the introduction of new suppliers and materials, including translation into factory processes
• Represent Factory Innovation in key stakeholder meetings and ensure timely, in-full project delivery
Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant industry or 5+ years in manufacturing/quality
• Experience in food product development and/or implementation
• Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects and driving change
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
