As a subject matter expert, you will lead projects that translate complex business needs into efficient, scalable solutions. You will leverage your expertise in ECC/IM/EWM configuration, integration, and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and ensure successful implementation of new processes and technologies.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior ECC/IM/EWM SAP Business Analyst to drive process optimization and innovation within our warehouse and distribution operations including logistics. As a subject matter expert, you will lead projects that translate complex business needs into efficient, scalable solutions. You will leverage your expertise in ECC/IM/EWM configuration, integration, and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and ensure successful implementation of new processes and technologies.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>You will do this by:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Project Leadership: Lead 1-2 large and 3-5 small concurrent projects related to ECC-IM and/or EWM implementation, enhancement, or optimization, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</p> </li> <li> <p>ECC-IM/EWM Configuration: design, configure, and maintain warehouse structures, ensuring seamless alignment between physical warehouse operations and inventory accounting and integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, QM).</p> </li> <li> <p>SAP Interface: Knowledge of IDocs and interfacing SAP ERP with external, Third-Party solutions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Data Analysis: Analyze data from ECC-IM and EWM reports and transactions to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.</p> </li> <li> <p>Requirements Gathering: Elicit and document detailed business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall warehouse and distribution strategies.</p> </li> <li> <p>Change Management: Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption and optimal utilization of Warehouse and Logistic solutions.</p> </li> <li> <p>User Support: Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, troubleshooting issues </p> </li> </ul> <p><em>The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities. </em></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>You are the kind of person who is/has:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Analytical</p> </li> <li> <p>Detail-Oriented</p> </li> <li> <p>Adaptable</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborative</p> </li> <li> <p>Proactive</p> </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">-</H2> </div><div><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.</p> </li> <li> <p>5+ years of experience in SAP ECC-IM and/or EWM implementation and configuration, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.</p> </li> <li> <p>In-depth knowledge of ECC/IM functionality, including configuration, integration, and master data management. Experience with other relevant SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, Q) including SAP IDocs is a plus.
