This role ensures that customer, vendor, product, material, and warehouse data is accurate, consistent, and aligned with corporate data standards. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>Remote based in Mexico.</p> <p><br><strong>I’m interested! What will I get to do in this position? </strong></p> <ul> <li>Create, update, validate, and maintain master data records including customers, vendors, materials, warehouses, pricing, BOMs, routings, and related ERP data.</li> <li>Acting as the golden record owner (ensuring customer master data is updated across ERP, CRM and E-commerce platform).</li> <li>Maintain customer master data and pricing files within SAP and related systems.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with internal data governance standards, naming conventions, and classification structures.</li> <li>Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and IT teams to support business requirements and integrations.</li> <li>Serve as the subject-matter expert for master data processes, workflows, and troubleshooting before escalating to IT.</li> <li>Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and reduction of manual work.</li> <li>Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and user support documentation.</li> <li>Generate reports and perform root-cause analysis on data quality and process issues.</li> <li>Support audits and compliance requirements (SOX)</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>What skills and experience do I need to be successful in this role? </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.</li> <li>3+ years of experience in customer service, master data management, or ERP support roles.</li> <li>Bilingual in English and Spanish: spoken, written and reading required.</li> <li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.</li> <li>Experience with SAP required</li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail, excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>What will set me apart?</strong></p> <ul> <li>SAP super user </li> <li>QAD and QuickBooks ERP systems experience. </li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Who is ICL? </strong><br>ICL Group is a leading global specialty minerals company, which creates impactful solutions for humanity's sustainability challenges in the food, agriculture and industrial markets.
