Customer Management <ul type="square"> <li>Maintain sustainable & ethical business partnership with wholesaler</li> <li>Negotiate with new wholesaler to secure maximum financial benefit of company</li> <li>Lead annual negotiation with wholesaler</li> <li>Management all contracts with wholesalers (new contracts, renewals, expired contracts</li> <li>Reducing payment terms and discounts whenever opportunities are identified</li> <li>Manage hospital bidding process</li> </ul> Credit Management <ul type="square"> <li>Monitor financial status of wholesalers to assess their credit risk</li> <li>Manage all type of credit coverage such as mortgages, P-notes, Letter of credit</li> <li>Propose some credit limits update on a monthly basis</li> <li>Monitor wholesalers stock level</li> <li>DSO manage and AR reserve calculation</li> </ul> Sales Analysis <ul type="square"> <li>Collect sales information from the field (sales rep) in order to forecast a market trend</li> <li>Provide moving sales forecast for next 18 months</li> <li>Provide a monthly forecast of future cash collection</li> <li>Provide accurate and in-depth sales analysis report to management as well as for group reporting</li> <li>Monthly Sales closing report preparation and Sales closing check vs Target</li> <li>Action plan to reduce the gap vs Target by monthly.</li> </ul> Ad hoc duties <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>Perform any other reasonable duties that may be assigned by the supervisor, from time to time</li> </ul> Educations & Experiences <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>More than 5 years of experience in similar field</li> <li>Highly organized, self-motivated, able to perform with minimal supervision</li> <li>Excellent phone demeanor</li> <li>Prior administrative experience</li> <li>Prior experience with basic business financial transactions a plus</li> </ul> Skills & Qualifications <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>Good written skills</li> <li>Good organizational skills</li> <li>Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, Access, and web applications</li> <li>English proficiency is a plus</li> <li>Good team player, positive attitude, ethical mind</li> </ul> <h2>Reason to join US</h2> Much more than a Competitive salary, We offer continued personal development.
