You will be part of a dynamic, international organization and will produce high quality products in a safe, clean and flexible work environment.</b></p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About the Team:</b></H2> </div><div><p>Lead plant SCM/Logistics organization to reach required customer service-levels at lowest cost and highest possible inventory turns</p> <p><br><strong>What you can look forward to as Head of Plant Logistics?</strong></p> <ul type="square"> <li>Develop/empower & qualify plant SCM/Logistics team to run plant logistics operations in planning and material handling according efficiency and customer centricity enriched by end-to-end/value stream responsibilities</li> <li>Implement Corporate and Division supply chain standards and support on developing future strategies and standards for entire process scope of SCM</li> <li>Optimize material flows and automate material handling processes to minimize manual effort</li> <li>Lead material planning for inbound/intra-plant/outbound material flows to ensure highest material availability and service-levels – ensure supply continuity</li> <li>Run Sales & Operations Planning for the plant leadership team to provide best demand visibility and avoid capacity/material shortages</li> <li>Optimize and execute production planning processes to ensure a demand-driven supply chain at lowest inventories</li> <li>Optimize Inventory performance along production units & value streams</li> <li>Steer transport execution & Support Optimization, performance mgt / claim handling according guideline</li> <li>Run operational customs organization plant</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Your profile as Head of Plant Logistics:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years solid working experience in Operations and relevant Functions</li> <li>3+ years leadership experience incl. coaching/mentoring skills</li> <li>Experience in Project Management</li> <li>Lean Management, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement</li> <li>Transformation competence and organizational development skills</li> <li>Coaching and Mentoring Skills</li> <li>Business / Finance Management Acumen</li> <li>Results/Process/Problem Solving - Oriented</li> <li>In Depth knowledge in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Production and Launch Readiness</li> </ul> <p><br><strong>Why you should choose ZF in Levice?</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Variable ZF Incentive</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Monthly wage from 4 500 – 4 800 €.
