Our Worsley Refinery is a short drive from communities such as Collie (20 Minutes) & Bunbury (45 Minutes) which all offer an enviable country lifestyle. Surrounded by magnificent jarrah forests, pristine beaches and world-famous wineries, you will live and work in one of the most beautiful regions of Western Australia and still be home each night. Candidates should ideally live within an hour’s drive of Collie as there is no accommodation on site. As the Supervisor Production you will be responsible for leading frontline production teams to safely execute operational plans, achieve performance targets and support continuous improvement across the Bayer production area.
