Position Summary The Senior Specialist, Technical Applications Group (TAG), serves as the product and process lead for medium- to high-complexity innovation, renovation, and optimization projects. This role provides technical expertise across product development, process improvement, scale-up, validation, technology transfer, and commercialization activities while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The Senior Specialist partners cross-functionally to deliver technical solutions, support manufacturing operations, and drive business objectives. This is a fully onsite role in our Bridgewater , NJ location. regulatory requirements</li> </ul> Requirements <ul> <li style="line-height:15.0pt;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, Food Science, or a related field</li> <li style="line-height:15.0pt;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">3+ years of hands-on product development, formulation, and manufacturing experience involving tablets, capsules, liquids, soft gels, gummies, powders, packaging, or related technologies</li> <li style="line-height:15.0pt;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Demonstrated knowledge of product development, technical and manufacturing processes, and food science principles</li> <li style="line-height:15.0pt;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience leading medium-complexity technical projects and working effectively within cross-functional teams</li> <li style="line-height:15.0pt;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Previous manufacturing or factory experience</li> <li style="line-height:15.0pt;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience with product scale-up, validation, and technology transfer activities</li> <li style="line-height:15.0pt;font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Preferred experience with SAP, SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) and/or Minitab for data range for this position is $ 95K to $120K base salary.
