Constant monitoring of all radio communications.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Act as the companies 911 (2222) (6222) emergency response center.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Act as Incident Command emergency dispatch center for critical incidents. Dispatch ETM’s for emergency response on critical incidents.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinate with local police and fire for critical incident emergency response.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Patrol property, enforce parking guidelines, monitor surveillance equipment and inspect buildings. Monitor vehicle access in and out of the truck gate, verify manifest and inspect vehicles.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Maintain various security logs</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Direct and monitor all railroad traffic in and out of the facility to ensure safety of all employees. Provide for the overall safety and security of company employees, guests and assets.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Interpret and enforce company and departmental policies and procedures. Irregular work schedule required.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Effectively represent the company to all guests.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager of Security.</span></li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Basic Requirements</H2> </div><div><ol> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">High school diploma or equivalent.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Must have successfully completed the State of Ohio approved minimum 205 hours of Ohio Private Police training or be willing to complete the training at own expense within a Company approved time period.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Associates degree in Criminal Justice or three years previous experience with a security agency or police department preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Must meet standards expected of law enforcement officers (civil or military).</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent organizational skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Highly motivated, quick learning, quality conscious and have the initiative to take ownership.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</span></li> <li>Very alert and able to act calmly and decisively under stressful conditions.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Able to work well with people in all areas and levels of the company.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Able to work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends as required.
