RWE Americas, LLC To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent Functional area: Operations & Maintenance Remuneration: Non-Exempt The Wind Farm Technician I ensures safe and effective execution of all operations and maintenance activities of one or more wind farms and related renewable energy facilities, adhering to established policies and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols. This role is responsible for performing routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of renewable energy systems and balance of plant equipment, while proactively identifying safety hazards and maintaining thorough documentation. Working both independently and as part of a team, the Wind Farm Technician I supports continuous improvement initiatives, collaborates across departments, and assists with the implementation of technical solutions to enhance system performance. The position may also involve leading or mentoring junior staff, facilitating retrofit installations and complex repairs, and contributing to a culture of safety and operational excellence. sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Associate degree or equivalent certification in renewable energy technology or electrical systems preferred</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Minimum 5 years of technical experience in the renewable energy sector preferred</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Involvement in
