Production Supervisor – Film Glanbia Join this dynamic team focused on delivering better nutrition for every step of life’s journey The Opportunity The Production Supervisor – Film will be the lead for their designated shift. Providing direction and leadership to their team as necessary. As the Production Supervisor you will be expect to accomplish manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. This role is Supervisor on Shift D – 6:30PM to 7:30 AM, Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
