About this role
Retail Operations
• Lead retail operational management across O&O channels and provide operational support for Partner Retail channels • Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, policies, and processes • Drive operational excellence across stores through disciplined execution and follow-up • Monitor operational compliance including inventory, staffing, store standards, and process execution • Identify operational gaps and implement improvement actions • Support operational readiness for promotions, launches, seasonal transitions, and new initiatives
Retail Analytics & Business Performance
• Own weekly and monthly retail performance reporting and analysis • Monitor key KPIs including sales, traffic, conversion, ATV, UPT, AUR, labor productivity, and store productivity • Analyze business trends and provide actionable recommendations to channel leaders • Support store segmentation and productivity improvement initiatives through data-driven insights • Prepare business review materials and operational updates for leadership meetings • Track execution progress and follow-up on key business priorities • Lead PER package development and support retail real estate investment evaluations through productivity analysis, sales forecasting, and operational feasibility assessment
Retail Training & Capability Development
• Lead Retail Training function and oversee field capability development across all retail channels • Own onboarding and training programs for store managers and retail teams • Drive selling capability, operational excellence, and consumer experience training • Identify capability gaps through KPI analysis and field feedback, and implement improvement plans • Build consistent execution standards and retail excellence culture across stores • Coach and develop field teams to improve operational discipline and business performance
Cross-Functional Execution
• Act as key operational liaison between HQ and field teams • Coordinate execution across Retail, Merchandising, MPIM, VM/BX, Marketing, HR, and Finance teams • Support implementation of promotions, campaigns, seasonal launches, and strategic initiatives • Ensure clear communication and execution alignment across all retail channels
Retail Process & Governance
• Support development and implementation of retail operational processes and governance • Drive process simplification and operational efficiency improvements • Monitor execution consistency and follow-up on key operational priorities • Support retail systems and operational workflow improvements
