About the job The Retail Mainline Demand Planning intern has the responsibility to support the retail mainline pre-season team. This role will be in charge to support the pre-season planning activities on Range Plans management, forecasting analysis and reporting to collect and share insights on accuracy and performances internally and externally for the Retail mainline channels (O&O and Franchise).
Key Responsibilities:
• Support pre-season planning through data analysis, reporting, and implementation of new tools. • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key KPIs such as sell-in/sell-out, forecast accuracy, sell-through, inventory levels, and assortment structure. • Leverage sales and shipment data, along with store performance metrics, to generate actionable insights. • Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, retail, franchise, trading, and inventory teams. • Assist with purchase budget management and assortment architecture reporting. • Analyze size performance and contribute to retail planning optimization. • Support the execution and coordination of key programs (e.g., capsules, agility packs, collaborations). • Conduct grading, segmentation, and quantitative analyses to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and improve profitability
About you
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Engineering area or equivalent
• Advanced skills in excel is a must and knowledge of ERP system is a plus (SAP, planning tools) • Proficiency in English, oral and written • Experience with streamlining processes with AI is a nice to have • Interest in retail and fashion industry • Ability to communicate in an effective way in a multi-cultural environment

This is a hybrid position based in our Milan office. You will be expected to be in the office three days per week, though time in office may vary depending on business needs.
