Flexible Working Options Hybrid Working Job Description Summary You will support the design and implementation of effective, straightforward engineering-driven solutions, harnessing Automation, AI, machine learning, and advanced statistical models to improve business performance process insight. Prioritise collaboration with Business Performance to understand their customer challenges, identify automation opportunities, and support the delivery of tailored data solutions and streamlined processes. Focus on end-to-end automation and data pipelines—including the integration and sourcing of data that drive efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Job Description Experience: 3-7yrs Location: Hyderabad Essential Skills & Experience
• Identify and interpret business needs and gaps and provide support to technical solutions that automate and evolve processes.
• Experience with data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau), low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. PowerApps, Power Automate, CoPilot Studio).
• Demonstrable experience sourcing and integrating data into automated solutions.
• Experience in engineering modelling techniques and automation solutions.
• Proven track record in delivering analytics and process automation.
• Growing understanding of future AI tooling such as Agentic AI and Generative BI, with a focus on automation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Engineer and deliver automation and data solutions, utilising analytics and visualisation tools to support decision-making.
• Find opportunities and support solutions addressing their requirements and challenges.
• Contribute to the develop and implementation of automated workflows, processes, and reporting solutions that integrate data from key platforms.
• Collaborate effectively across various teams to assist with the delivery of engineering solutions and tangible benefits.
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy in all automated systems, upholding high standards of quality and compliance.
• Contribute to the preparation of engineering data for AI agents, advanced analytics, and Generative BI, committing to operating within the Group’s Data governance framework and operating model as both a consumer and producer of data.
