Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist – Talent Adviser to support recruitment operations and employee onboarding processes in US and in Canada. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, solutions-driven, and capable of managing stakeholder relationships effectively while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of communication for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process • Coordinate new hire requirements across internal teams to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant onboarding • Improve and maintain recruitment process documentation and assist in training team members • Identify process inefficiencies within recruitment and project workflows, and recommend practical solutions • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws
Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized, focused, and motivated • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Willing to work onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati three (3) days per week
